TDC Suggested Guiding Principles

At the June Meeting, Secretary Dreyfus requested the committee's suggestions for principles that could guide the Department of Social and Human Services in converting to performance-based contracts. The Committee commented on and added additional thoughts.

Ground rules for the advisory committees were reviewed. Members are to review the rules in preparation for voting to adopt them at the next meeting. The advisory committees are to use the attached guidelines until they are amended and adopted.
