Marian Harris, co-chair of the Outcomes and Evaluation Advisory Committee, prepared a document for review.

Charlotte McCullough has provided outcomes from four different states RFP's (Nebraska, Missouri, Texas, and DC). She notes that, "while other approaches in other States are interesting, the decisions they made may not be applicable to Washington as their designs and roles/authority may not be the same." She believes the review is useful in that it shows the variability in the number of outcomes/definitions, etc. from state to state.

This document includes various measures that CA has historically used to track progress on an ongoing basis. The various measures are part of Priority Performance Measures for CA, Braam reporting requirements, or Government Management Accountability and Performance (GMAP) reports that are produced for the Governor. The timelines for reporting on the measures varies between quarterly and annually. The highlighted areas are some of the well-being measures currently being tracked.
