This document, prepared by Mark Courtney, Director of Research and Development, Partners for Our Children, provides an initial list of potential measures to be used to gauge the performance of public and private agencies providing services to Washington children and families in the context of the implementation of SSHB 2106. This is a working document that the committee continues to refine at each meeting.
