This document shows the type of relationship links a master contractor should have in order to provide services in four categories: (1) family support to keep children safe at home, (2) placement, reunification, and permanency; (3) treatment settings, and (4) transitional services for older adolescents.

This spreadsheet summarizes the Legal and Practice Advisory Committee's initial core services recommendations. The services recommendations are split among three different service categories: Services to prevent out-of-home placement; Services to promote reunification; and, Services for Adolescents and Youth Transitioning out of Foster Care. Some service recommendations apply only to one category of care and others apply to multiple categories.

CA created this draft document of initial service array planning to organize the discussion of master contracts. No decision has been made about the number of service categories to be implemented.
