Charlotte McCullough and Mary Armstrong, the TDC's performance-based contracting experts, developed a list of services for the committee to use as a reference. These are the services that they consistently see across the various states in which they work. Please note we have attempted to mark those services that could meet federal and state requirements. There is not a direct correlation because federal laws don't state specific requirements. Instead, they provide general direction. So, we have also attached the following document, which is Children Administration's list with statutory references.
