- Welcome and introductions
- Overview of the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) Regional Consolidation: Nancy Sutton, Children's Administration Region 5 Administrator, and Becky Smith, Director, Field Operations Division, Children's Administration. This presentation described the Regional Consolidation efforts of DSHS. This map depicts the new DSHS regional boundaries that go into effect May 1, 2011. The presenters also agreed to repost the official DSHS email that announced this consolidation and lists the new Regional Administrators for each agency in DSHS.
- Legislative Update: David Del Villar Fox, Legislative Liaison, Children's Administration. This presentation describes each of the 2011 Legislative Session bills of interest to Children's Administration
- Update on Tribes and Performance-Based Contracting: Colleen Cawston, Senior Director for Indian Policy, DSHS. This presentation describes how Washington State Tribes will be engaging in the implementation of performance-based contracting.

- Update on RFP and Review of Pertinent Timelines: Tammy Cordova, Director, Program and Practice Improvement Division, Children's Administration. This presentation reviewed the status of the Request for Proposal (RFP) for Performance-Based Contracting and relevant timelines.
